Marko Zečević
Marko Zečević, the founder of Zečević i dr. law firm practices law since 1987, and is focused on commercial and contract law, tax law, criminal law and misdemeanor law and immigration law. He assists his clients, with their everyday tax matters, provides legal support in bussines formation for Croatian and international citizens and groups as well as other legal support in his areas of expertise.
Una Zečević Šeparović
Una Zečević Šeparović joined Zečević i dr. in 2011 and has focused on family law, litigation, contract law, immigration law, and public procurement law.
She was a member of two working groups for amendments to the Criminal Code in 2019 and 2020 at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, and she is a member of the National Council for the Development of Social Policies at the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy. She is also a member of the working group for improving the legislative framework for the protection against violence against women and domestic violence, as well as for preparing analyses and proposals for possible amendments to the Criminal Procedure Act, the Criminal Code, the Domestic Violence Protection Act, the Courts Act, the Ordinance on the Manner of Executing Precautionary Measures, and the Ordinance on the Implementation of Individual Victim Assessments at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.
She was also a member of the Working Group for drafting the Proposal of Amendments to the Family Act at the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy, as well as a member of the Working Group for drafting the Proposal of Amendments to the Criminal Code at the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.
Lidija Smes
Lidija Smes, Administrative Secretary, has over 20 years of work experience in sales, management, and administrative operations. She is the first person you will meet upon entering our office, and you may contact her with any inquiries regarding the cases we are handling for you.

In what working hours do you receive customers?
The working hours of the law office are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Clients are received during working hours, and an appointment is required.
